This week’s DS106 Assignment was especially fun for me. I love going through old pictures and I also love seeing how much I have changed. Getting to literally mesh these two together was very intriguing and completely messed with my brain. I decided to edit my younger brother into the photo as well considering we both used to take a picture in this exact spot on the first day of school each year.
I was heading into 1st grade in the young photo of me and my brother was going into preschool. In the more recent photo, I was heading into senior year and my brother was going into his sophomore year.
There are so many changes you can observe between the two, but I think the funniest in the change in the height difference. I was taller than my brother all the way up until his freshman year of high school (my junior year). After than, he just completely shot up super fast and now he is 6’4.
It’s crazy how time flies… definitely sending this to my Mom.
